Packaging & Discretion

We take your privacy seriously. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging—no logos, no product names, and no branding.

✨ To keep it discreet, your shipping label will list "PILLC" as the sender (Pleasure Intro LLC). So whether it’s a gift to yourself or a surprise for someone else, your secret’s safe with us.

Shipping Info

📦 $5 flat-rate standard shipping within the U.S.
🚚 FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $75
🎁 Discovery Boxes ship at a flat rate of $9.90
⏱ Orders ship within 24–48 business hours (Monday through Friday)

We currently ship only within the U.S., but feel free to email care@pleasureintro.com for special international requests—we may be able to help!

You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships. Most packages go out via USPS, though larger orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Orders over $200 may require a signature on delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the intimate nature of our products:

Received Something Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

🛠 Email care@pleasureintro.com within 30 days of delivery
📸 Include your order number + a photo or video of the issue
🔄 We’ll do our best to send a replacement of equal or greater value

All powered items come with a manufacturer’s warranty (see product packaging). Please inspect everything upon delivery so you know who to contact if anything goes wrong later.

Order Cancellations

🛑 You can request to cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet—just email us ASAP at care@pleasureintro.com
💳 Orders that are cancelled after payment may be subject to a 3–5% processing fee
📬 If your order has already shipped, we can’t cancel or refund it
